The author of Jujutsu Kaisen tells the readers in the final volume

"Until we meet again," a short sentence but with a clear message from the famous manga writer Jujutsu Kaisen, who tells his story about how he was when writing the manga in the final period. Through the 30th manga volume of Jujutsu Kaisen, which is about to be released as a New Year's gift for fans who have been following the entire series. All 29 volumes will be collected as a complete set on your bookshelf. If it were just the final volume of a normal manga, we probably wouldn't mention it. But what's interesting about this last volume of manga is that it talks about the hardships of the teacher, Gege Atagumi, or who we know as the puppet master, who vents many feelings that we don't know through the messages in this last volume of manga.

This story was revealed by X user Myamura (with a blue check mark), who translated what Master Puppet told fans into Japanese in the 30th volume of the Jujutsu Kaisen manga, which mentioned the master's epilogue that would only be available in the Japanese compilation volumes. In the translated epilogue, the master talked about his experience in creating the manga series, as well as publishing it as an episode and adapting it into an anime until the manga ended, amidst the dissatisfaction of some fans who were not happy with the ending, which the master was well aware of. One of the epilogues also mentioned this.

We will not translate everything, but will give you the important parts that the teacher talked about when drawing this manga. Starting with the teacher himself, he was very surprised that this manga could become so popular. Not only in Japan, but also abroad, the Jujutsu Kaisen series is just as popular. The teacher used the words “it became popular very quickly.” So the teacher tried to maintain the fun momentum of the story for six years. The teacher said that since the series became so popular, it was frustrating and stressful to create a new episode of Jujutsu Kaisen every week. (The teacher emphasized this point a lot.)

Kege has stated that writing a weekly manga takes a huge toll on his mind and body. This explanation is consistent with the typical stress-filled lifestyles of mangaka, but in Kege's case, he has to shoulder the expectations of his fans for each chapter, which puts more pressure on him than other mangaka. Kege has admitted that he has been writing on instinct for years, which is why this series is different from other weekly manga, and which sometimes goes against Sonen Jump's standards.

Another thing that the professor came out to tell us was the pressure from the editorial team, talking about the feedback from fans that had a negative impact on the professor's concentration. The professor said that he often lacked concentration, which resulted in the professor sometimes making small mistakes. And many times, he started to get irritated with other people, especially the editorial team, who had to make corrections or suggest things that the readers liked, until it affected the professor's health, which we saw at the end of the story.

Finally, the teacher thanked the staff, including the editorial team and assistants, for their patience and support. Without them, Jujutsu Kaisen would definitely not have been completed in time. The teacher said, "I admit that all the chaos in the workplace came from my own actions, which affected the series in the end. It would definitely have ended worse." At this point, many people probably understand the teacher more and must accept the ending that the teacher wrote as what the teacher wanted. What the readers want now is for the teacher to be healthy and write new works quickly. All fans are waiting to support "Until we meet again, Akutami Gege".
