The manga that will forever be called immortal in the manga and anime industry is still going on, the Dragon Ball series. Although the story has ended, but because of its popularity and fun that fans loved, the author, Akira Toriyama, had to come back to think of the story of this manga again. He had his assistant, Toyotaro, draw it until Dragon Ball Super was born. While Toriyama was still alive, he also worked on (participated in) the Dragon Ball Dima anime that we are watching right now. And most recently on the Japanese late night radio program All Night Nippon, Dragon Ball executive producer Iyoku Akio commented that there might be an announcement about the Dragon Ball special movie and the Dragon Ball video game series to be released in 2025.
This story was reported by a Twitter user (foreign media does not use the word Twitter) named Hype (with a blue check mark) who came out to talk about this announcement. On X, oops Twitter, it said, "News! On the program All Night Nippon - Dragon Ball 40th Anniversary Special, Akio Iyoku was asked about additional games and movies. He replied: "There might be something announced this year"!!" In addition, a Twitter user, oops X, named Andy 案太郎 (no check mark in the name except for the national flag) summarized the content of the radio show about the Dragon Ball 40th Anniversary Special.
Some people guess that The Movie might be a story about Moro, the star-devouring sorcerer in Dragon Ball Super, or it might be a sequel to Dragon Ball Z Resurrection of F, the revival of Frieza. Because in Dragon Ball Super, there are many stories that are summarized in The Movie. Or it might be a new story like Dragon Ball Dima. We'll have to wait and see. If there's any progress, we'll definitely report it.
