Mark Rider Gavv Episode 16

 

We have now reached episode 16 of Kamen Rider Gavv, the sweet rider that just passed the first part. Various mysteries are starting to unravel, such as the origin of Shoma's transformation belt, his birth, and the background of the Granite piece in Hanto's body, that Nielf Stomak was behind it. And he started to make some modifications to Granite, an employee named Lage 9, who can make humans happy by injecting endorphins into their bodies before capturing them. And he started to develop a new transformation belt by researching Shoma's Gojizo and various sweets, making the story of this series more interesting. The beginning of the episode is a conversation between the eldest, Lango Stomak, and the second, Glotta Stomak, who are satisfied with the work of their new employee, Laj 9, who is the brainchild of the third, Nielf Stomak, who brought them quality ingredients. Because let's not forget that the dark sweets, which are like addictive substances in the story, must be made by happy humans. The happier they are, the better the quality of the sweets. Plus, Laj 9 is smart enough not to do anything obvious, focusing on catching and leaving quickly, so Shoma and the others are unaware of its existence. Meanwhile, Shoma and Hanto are busy with the crab granary, who is trying to create work in order to request more dark sweets.

While Shoma was worried about being tricked by the crab Granite in the previous episode, he closed himself off even more. Because the more Shoma knew that Hanto hated and disliked the Granite so much that he wanted to kill every single one of them, Shoma, who was half-Granite, was afraid that if Hanto found out that he was a Granite, would Hanto be willing to be his friend? Furthermore, in this episode, Hanto, who was captured, pretended to cooperate with the crab Granite in order to find a way to go to the other world in order to find out more about the Granite, in order to bring this information to Shoma to avenge his mother. This made Shoma feel even more afraid to tell Hanto about this. It became a new issue that we will have to wait and see how Hanto will feel when he finds out that Shoma is half-Granite.

But the interesting thing about this episode is the character of Laj 9. If anyone remembers, he started out as a Granite who was addicted to dark sweets until he was captured by Nielf Stomak to modify him because he needed a new test subject. After the surgery, Laj 9 went to work gathering people for the Stomak company. But when he got the dark sweets, he threw them away and didn't care about them at all. Until many people started to be interested in this character and wondered if Laj 9 might be a spy who infiltrated the Stomak company. Because if anyone remembers, the big brother Lango Stomak once said that his dark sweets were illegal and had to be sold secretly without the authorities knowing. So we can guess that Laj 9 might be someone from the government. That makes the Kamen Rider Gavv universe look even more dimensional.

Another thing we will see in this episode is a new transformation belt that Nielf Stomak made by taking information from Kenzo Suga, the one who made Hanto's transformation gun, and developing it into a new transformation belt that can transform with sweets. This transformation belt is called Vlam, which will play a role in the next episode. In episode 15, our Kamen Rider Valen or Hanto will have a new form that comes from a chocolate jam roll (in the last episode, he transformed but was snatched away). This form is exactly the same as Shoma's form, except that Shoma's is a normal jam roll (I think he found it for Hanto to use).

And in the next episode preview, Kamen Rider Gavv Episode 17 reveals a new Kamen Rider who transformed from Laj 9 who transformed into Kamen Rider Vlam, which the information says is Caramel. We will have to wait and see if this Laj 9 character will be a friend or an enemy. If they are friends, it will probably change Hanto's mind about the Granites even more, so that Shoma dares to tell Hanto his secret. Or if they are really enemies, it seems like the Stomach brothers will start to fight back. It can be said that every episode is fun and exciting.
