Just figured it out, PlayStation is incentivizing PC players to sign up for PSN with a bunch of in-game extras

It made gamers slap their knees and say the same thing, “I just found out, what should I do with myself?” with Sony PlayStation. Previously, if anyone followed the news in the gaming industry, they would know that Sony PlayStation, which brought its famous games to PC, told PC players that they had to connect to a PlayStation Network account before they could play these games. When Sony PlayStation made this announcement, PC users complained until finally Sony PlayStation had to back down and said that they could buy our games without having to connect to PlayStation Network. But please help connect them anyway. In the end, begging didn’t work. Forcing them was resisted. Finally, Sony PlayStation figured out why we didn’t include special outfits or items in games for PC players who connected to PlayStation Network.

Sony PlayStation has announced to PC fans that it will be incentivizing PC players to sign up for PlayStation Network. The first game to be announced is our good neighbor Marvel's Spider-Man 2. Those playing on PC connected to PlayStation Network will be able to unlock the Spider-Man 2099 Black Suit and Miles Morales' 2099 Suit, both of which were previously available as PlayStation 5 pre-order bonuses. Another game is God Of War Ragnarok, which will reward you with the Kratos Armor of the Black Bear Suit, which was previously only available during the New Game Plus period. In addition, Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered will reward you with the Nora Valiant Suit.

And if you think that's all, Sony PlayStation says there's another game, which is the crowd-pleasing game The Last Of Us Part 2 Remastered, where if you have the game and subscribe to the PlayStation Network, you'll get a special outfit for Ellie that PlayStation 5 players won't get (it's made especially for PC). It's a jacket that Jordan, the bald protagonist and favorite of Vogue, from Naughty Dog's Intergalactic The Heretic Prophet, a trailer for which is currently being slammed by gamers (if Ellie wore this outfit and went bald, or someone made a bald MOD, it would be hilarious).

In fact, this is a pretty good marketing ploy. Many people wonder why Sony PlayStation just thought of this. Although it may seem like a way to hurt PlayStation fans, but bringing PlayStation games to PC is already a good enough deal. If Sony PlayStation does this again, PlayStation fans probably won't feel anything (dead inside). We'll have to wait and see if this kind of freebie policy will work. Those who play these games and are already connected to the PlayStation Network can go get these items. If there's any further development, we'll report it again
