Finally, we've reached the halfway point of the Kamen Rider Sweets series. The story isn't sweet at all and is actually very dark. So far, the Kamen Rider Gavv series, which is the main series in the Kamen Rider universe, has been ranked as one of the Kamen Riders with the darkest plots in the series (if not the main series, it must be Kamen Rider Black Sun, this one will make you hungry). In addition to the dark plot that begins by telling us that the protagonist's mother was forced to make sweets, people in the story were forced to make sweets for demons to eat, the protagonist was chased and killed by his siblings, and the demons captured humans and made them their wives. This time, it's even more brutal: he's stomping on an old man. How can that be? Let's take a look and see what's interesting about Kamen Rider Gavv episode 21. Let's take a look together.
Starting with episode 21, the story continues from the previous episode, where the second oldest sister, Grotta Stomak, who had beaten the two Riders to her heart's content, dropped a huge bomb for Hanto, who had heard in full, that Shoma was a member of the Stomak family. This was expected, as Hanto, who deeply hates the Granites and is hot-headed and punches first before asking questions, later finds out the truth. She went crazy and punched Shoma for lying to her and not listening to reason. What Shoma feared the most was this, and it turned out that he was truly afraid, that Hanto would not be able to accept this.
Next are the three siblings who are talking about Lakia Amalgar who transformed into Kamen Rider Vlam and used an alias to sneak into the organization under the name Lagenine. In the previous episode, the author analyzed and thought that Niyelf Stomak might have known about Lakia's true identity, including his younger brother who was killed by the organization, and Niyelf might have planned something. But now that we see his shocked face, we know that Niyelf really doesn't know about Lakia's infiltration this time.
While Hanto didn't trust Shoma because of his hot-headed and idiotic personality, Lagia, who learned the truth, remained calm and analyzed until he realized that even though Shoma was a Granite, he still resented the Stomags for killing his mother. Meanwhile, Hanto had to wait for himself to calm down before he could analyze and analyze until he realized that Shoma had done many things that he had told him countless times before, that Shoma helped humans and wasn't on that side. He even said that his mother died because of the Stomags, but he was so hot-headed that he just thought of it. And of course, the person behind the scenes who should know everything was Suga Kenzo, who lied innocently and said he didn't know anything, even though he should have been able to piece together the story from the beginning. He also created a clone or something to become the dark form of Kamen Rider Gavv.
And what we've never seen before in the Kamen Rider series is the abuse of an old person. At most, they just grab and push him away. But this is a real stomp, and it's a woman. It's so brutal that kids definitely don't want to watch it. Because when Shoma's dark form transforms into Sparkly Gummy Bears, kids will definitely tell their parents that this Kamen Rider is scary. Plus, his fighting style is so brutal that he goes all out to kill the other party without hesitation, to the point of breaking his arm. And this is one of the first times we've seen such a strange transformation in the Kamen Rider series, which is sliding on the ground while transforming.
And this fight is another confirmation of what Hanto believes, that Shoma has been deceiving him all along. Because now that Shoma's true identity has been revealed, he doesn't have to put on an act anymore. It's like since everyone knows the truth, he doesn't have to wear the good guy mask to deceive anyone anymore. We don't know if this Shoma is a clone of Shoma or an incarnation of Shoma. Because when Shoma's dark form came out, Shoma was unconscious. We'll have to wait and see who this dark form of Shoma is.
The more you watch, the more fun it becomes to the point where we can't guess what the next episode will be like. But one thing is for sure, now that we have 4 Riders who have appeared, we'll have to wait and see what happens next. But we dare say that the next episode of Kamen Rider Gavv will definitely be even more brutal and dark. Maybe a main character will die or maybe almost the entire group will die like Kamen Rider Ryuki. Who knows? When Kamen Rider Gavv episode 22 comes out, we'll talk about it right away. So stay tuned.
